I had possibly the best hair dressing experience. Came in for a consultation for hair extensions and Ruby and Serena were so honest and explained all my options. They never tried to upsell me and even when I ended up deciding not to go ahead they spent time talking me through my hair type and how to obtain clip in extensions. The hair cut and blow dry were so thorough! Ruby talked me through my hair type, gave me great advice on how to look after my hair and style it! The salon had a great vibe! Everyone was so friendly and sweet! A gorgeous group of quirky gals and so so incredible at what they do!

I wish there were words to describe how much I love my hair. I honestly felt like crying when I saw it when it was dry. Beverley is an absolute master hair stylist. She completely surpassed my expectations for my hair. From sitting with me at the beginning looking through my inspo pictures, to guiding me in the right direction to keep maintenance low, every step was explained to me right the way through. I've had a total "rebrand" on my hair and feel like a totally new woman. Right in time for my 40th birthday. Thank you so much Beverley! I feel like I have a new lease on life!!!

I’ve been going to Rosser for years and I’m always happy the moment that I walk through the door and even happier when I leave. The team isn’t just a group of colleagues, they’re like a family and they treat their customers the same way. Always friendly, always welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable about hair, products and all the little details that make a difference. Sarina has been doing my hair for a long time, but I know that if she’s ever fully booked, I can trust any of the other girls to achieve the same result. Everything is documented on their system, so no matter who looks after you, your hair is always in safe hands. They really listen to what you want, but they also give honest, expert advice if something might not work. I asked for layers to tidy up my long hair, but they explained it could look choppy and suggested chipping into the stray ends instead. My hair felt fantastic afterwards and it’s moments like this that remind me why they’re the experts, not me! 😊 Thank you, ladies. Always a pleasure. xXx
